Everyone Wants to be “Employee of the Month” But…

CommScope’s Ricardo Diaz highlights the importance of teamwork when it comes to creating infrastructure efficiencies. Collaborating closely with customers, CommScope is helping organizations provide the ultimate experience when it comes to mobile banking, online shopping or playing games without having to worry about the underlying network connections.

Data_Center_Markets…wouldn’t it be better to be awarded as data center network systems provider?

That’s what CommScope recently achieved in Spain.

We all know the importance of recognition as individuals—there are surveys (like this one from Boston Consulting Group) that rank “Appreciation for your work” (No. 1) above the “attractive salary” (No. 8). Recognizing people for their good work sends an extremely powerful message to the recipients, their immediate teams and other employees.

But this award also belongs to our customers. We innovated based on their requests for a holistic approach to the data center market.

Many of their customers are Millennials who are willing to spend 28 percent more per month than Baby Boomers to ensure reliable Internet connectivity. They expect immediate access to high definition Netflix films of near zero buffering. Consumers’ expectation of immediate service continues to increase even as richer content is served up and devoured.

Working together, CommScope created solutions to help our customers meet rising demands for connectivity by taking the guesswork out of running data centers. We’ll be showcasing these award winning technologies at Datacenter Dynamics in Madrid, including:

  • iTRACS Data Center Infrastructure Management: Aggregates, analyzes, and visualizes the infrastructure data at the heart of your data center, turning it into understandable and actionable information.
  • Data Center on Demand (DCoD): is a family of purpose-built prefabricated modular data centers which provide data center owners and operators with an alternative to traditional brick-and-mortar facilities.
  • imVision: enables users to monitor and document their cabling infrastructure, and track the location of all connected networked devices in real time.

We’d like to congratulate other winners who also received important awards: Bankia (Best Data Center Renovation), Junta de Castilla y León (Best Data Center Consolidation) and SEAT (Best Data Center Project). In addition to CommScope, Data Center Market recognized the labor of companies like EMC, Dell and Atos. At the end of the day, we all favor an Oscar-awarded film when we have to choose just one from Netflix, don’t we?

Do you foresee any pain points when developing a new data center project? Surely CommScope can help you. Come visit us at booth 12 during Datacenter Dynamics Madrid on 7 April.
