We want to be connected. We want the latest technology. We want everything to run smoothly; however, when a fiber project comes to our town, we don’t want it messing with our daily lives.

There’s an old saying, “Not in my backyard.” This has been referenced to many different things, but we need to stop thinking this way when it comes to fiber-to-the-home (FTTH). Today, we want unlimited bandwidth. There is no better solution for providing bandwidth than by deploying FTTH, and yes, sometimes service provides might have to come into our yard to deploy it.
